BundlePush is a tool designed for mobile applications developed with React Native to provide faster over-the-air (OTA) updates.

2. Ownership

2.1 Cernov Apps

BundlePush is owned and operated by Cernov Apps. All references to "BundlePush," "we," or "our" herein refer to Cernov Apps and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors.

3. Eligibility and Account

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

To use the Services, you must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and legally capable of forming a binding contract. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to do so.

3.2 Account Creation

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep this information up to date.

4. Plans and Pricing

4.1 Free Tier

BundlePush offers a free tier for up to 20,000 updates per month. The free tier is provided "as is" with no guarantee or obligation to maintain or update the Service, although we will do our best to ensure its continuous operation.

4.2 Paid Tier

Standard Paid Plan: USD 15 per 100,000 users.

Custom Pricing: For apps with more than 500,000 users, pricing is subject to negotiation.

4.3 Changes in Pricing

We reserve the right to modify our pricing and plans at any time, but will provide advance notice by email or through the Services before any changes become effective.

5. Disclaimers of Warranties

5.1 Free Tier Disclaimer

For users on the free tier, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties or conditions of any kind, express or implied. While we will do our best to maintain the Services, we disclaim any obligation to do so.

5.2 General Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim any and all warranties or conditions, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.

5.3 No Guarantee of Availability

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We also do not guarantee that the results obtained from using the Services will meet your expectations.

• Involves unauthorized or malicious access to the Services or other users' accounts;

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion if:

• You fail to comply with these Terms;
• You use the Services in a manner that violates third-party terms (e.g., Apple Developer agreements) or other legal obligations;
• Your use of the Services is deemed illegal, harmful, or poses risk to us or others.

We also reserve the right to discontinue or modify the Services (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice, to the extent permissible by law.
